These Terms of Use govern access to the Veterans Park Project website and related services (the “Service”), operated by STACHOLD GROUP LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the Service
The Service is a community-supported archive and directory for veterans parks, memorials, and the people they honor. Information is provided for general historical and visitor-information purposes.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, safeguarding your credentials, and all activity under your account. You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized use. We may restrict or close accounts that violate these terms or threaten the Service.
Community contributions
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant STACHOLD GROUP LLC a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, resize, edit for formatting or clarity, display, distribute, and use that content to operate, promote, and preserve the Service and its archive.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Do not submit confidential information, unlawful material, malicious code, or content that infringes another person’s rights. We may review, reject, edit, unpublish, or remove submissions.
Historical accuracy
We strive for accuracy, but community submissions, archival sources, transcriptions, maps, dates, names, and service details may contain errors or omissions. The Service is not an official military record, legal record, or substitute for verification with an authoritative source.
Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload it in a manner that disrupts operations, impersonate others, misuse personal information, or use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purposes.
Intellectual property
Except for user submissions and third-party materials, the Service’s design, software, branding, and original content are owned by STACHOLD GROUP LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except those necessary to use the Service as intended.

The Service may rely on or link to third-party services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or practices.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND AVAILABILITY.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STACHOLD GROUP LLC AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND VOLUNTEERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR PROFITS ARISING FROM THE SERVICE.
Changes and termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service and may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
